About Our Ancestral Hall and Columbarium

At Fong Yun Thai Association (丰永大公会), our ancestral hall 三邑祠 (Sān Yì Cí) and our columbarium 三邑楼 (Sān Yì Lóu) provide a respectful and peaceful place for families to honour their loved ones across generations.

⚠️ Important Notice (For Members Only)

Purchase of Ancestral Tablets and Niches is strictly limited to members of the following three associations within the San Yi (三邑) community:

Verification of active membership with one of the above associations is required before any booking or purchase can be confirmed.

📝 Purchase Procedure (After Membership Verification)

  1. Once membership eligibility is confirmed, the member may visit 三邑祠 (for tablets) or 三邑楼 (for niches).
  2. Select an available (empty) niche or tablet location and record down the corresponding unit number.
  3. Proceed to the Fong Yun Thai Association office to meet the Secretary for verification.
  4. The Secretary will confirm the location, issue the official receipt, and complete the sale registration.

Note:

1. Final confirmation is only valid after in-person verification at the office. Online selection does not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Due to the nature of these items, all niche and tablet purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

💠 Ancestral Tablet (三邑祠)

Ancestral tablets are placed in 三邑祠 to honour and remember ancestors. Each tablet is individually inscribed.

Price range: $1,500 – $2,500 SGD

🕯️ Columbarium Niche (三邑楼)

Niches are located within 三邑楼, in a calm and dignified environment for long-term placement of ashes.

Single Niche
Located in 三邑楼 (single placement)
Price range: $700 – $4,500 SGD

📝 购买流程

  1. 会员资格确认后，可前往三邑祠（牌位）或三邑楼（骨灰位）。
  2. 选择一个空置位置并记录下编号。
  3. 携带编号与会员资料前往丰永大会馆办公室与秘书确认。
  4. 秘书将核实资料、确认位置并发出正式收据以完成登记。

备注：

所有购买须经秘书现场确认方为有效，线上选择仅供参考。

由于这些物品的特殊性质，所有神主牌位和骨灰位的购买均为最终销售。一旦完成购买，我们将无法提供退款或换货服务
